Alison is a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor and a LeMond Academy Master Indoor Cycling Trainer. Alison teaches a variety of classes at Neptune Cove, including Indoor Cycling, Sports Conditioining, and Yoga. Among her favorite activites are reading, hiking, and boating.
