Tom is a former member of the US Military Special Forces & Training team while deployed domestically and internationally. He served as a former police officer and SWAT instructor. He was also on the physical training team for the San Diego Police department. David is a nutritional consultant and weight management specialist with a strong background in strength and conditioning. He has experience as a Group Exercise instructor and personal trainer and enjoys training individuals or groups, both athletes and nonathletes.
