Join us for an 8 week intense training program focused on endurance, nutrition and fun. 

 

Intermediate and advanced trainees welcome. 

 

Swim training starts with a pool swim and advances to ocean swim training.

 

We will bike and run through the hills of CA.

 

A nutritionist will meet with all trainees each Monday.
