Deborah began working at Neptune Cove as a part-time server on nights and weekends in the Banquet Department. In 2000, Deborah started working full-time and was promoted to the Banquet Captain, during which she also helped out in the Catering Department. She eventually moved up into the Banquet and Catering Manager position and has been with Neptune Cove ever since. She finds her job fulfilling to see clients after an event she organized.
